This artwork was inspired by one of my oldest living plants. Every plant needs a mom. I painted this on a happy Friday with a paint brush in my left hand and a coffee in my right. Contrasting colors of greens and peaches allow the leaves to pop. The three leaves are representative of my kids and their growth. With loose and soft brushstrokes, the plant comes to life with vivid colors.
